Not See Through And Very Loose!\tI am more on the shorter side of around 5'3 so maxi style dresses are usually too long on me. However, this dress is not. I like how it hits abouve my ankles. There is no stretch to it but it is very generous sized but flowy. I like how the v neck is not too low but there is also a tie. The sleeves do have a little bit of a balloon style sleeve to them but only slightly.
